Our purity standards
Most brands test only fatty acids, but an oil blended with cheaper oils can pass that test and still fail the others. That's why we test every load of crude avocado oil against all three CODEX purity markers before it enters our facility. CODEX is the international food standards program created by the United Nations and the World Health Organization.
